Alternative Contact or support person details

You can ask us to communicate with you using an alternative contact person if you prefer. This could be a family member, friend, support person, or community worker.

Ask this person first, if they agree, you can tell us their name and contact details by entering their details below. We will confirm with your named alternative contact person that they agree to fulfill this role.

Once this is settled, if we can’t talk to you as the account holder, we will work with your alternate contact to make sure that you understand what is happening with your electricity bills and what payments you need to make.
